general frequently asked questions
SHIP OUTS
print club orders will ship out towards the end of every month around the 21st and 24th.
the sign-up cutoff is the 20th of every month, if you sign up after the 20th, you will receive the next month's print.
(ex. you sign up June 21st, your first order will ship towards the end of July.)
typically takes up to 7 business days after fulfillment confirmation for US print club orders to arrive to your home, up to 21 days for international orders.
TRACKING
print club orders cannot be tracked because all print club orders are shipped out with stamps, this is to keep memberships affordable and sustainable.
BILLING
your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date

PRIVACY
your data is only used for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold to outside sources
RETURNS
sales are final, prints are made to order, so we cannot take returns or cancellations.
TRACKING
if tracking is marked as delivered but your order has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number, there’s a chance your mail is waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.
SECURITY
all payments are processed through software that complies with the PCI standards, uses HTTPS, and other security best practices.
DAMAGES
if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact vaultofinfernus on instagram or TikTok with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
if missing, allow up to four weeks for a replacement.
